I did this class, together with my 2 adult sons, in order to introduce them to yoga. It was a great blend of poses, stretches and core work with Keith s nice slow and steady pace. Great class!

This popped up in an email and I thought would be good for all, not just men. Always like Robert s classes. My low back/left hip is bothering a lot right now, so wanted a slower easy stretch class. It was wonderful, very accessible and feel much better after.

Excellent intro class for complete newbie and refresher for experienced yogis. I was reminded of so many things I had forgotten since starting yoga. Instructor Robert is awesome. Would give more stars if I could!
