Great class. I was an athlete before a yogi and have been doing yoga/teaching yoga for about 8 years now. This is the FIRST class that broke down happy baby pose and addressed people that it may not be accessible for, rather than calling it "happy husband pose." Nice mix of power poses, core strengthening, and stretching in a functional matter. Thank you! Obviously not a man, but I crashed here today.

I am not a man, but I really enjoy classes that build strength and are straightforward. Therefore I like Robert s Yoga for Men - and this class is probably my favorite, so far. I loved the strong core work, some innovative bends, and the long savasana at the end. And, as always, Robert s humor and his relaxed attitude to yoga.
