Robert is one of my favorite instructors and this class, despite the "for men" billing will make even his female fans feel welcome. Think of it as "man-friendly." This is ideal for beginners - but it served as a great reminder for me who has been doing yoga for years - as he talks you through correct alignment in the poses, but not in a preachy, "can we get on with it?" kind of way.

Not just for men! I did tried out this class with my husband in mind. Not only will I highly recommend it for him, but I will definitely return to it. One of my favorites on YDL and I ve been here many years!

I don t quite get why this class is specific to men. I think a more appropriate title would have been Yoga for Weight Lifters. As a female weight lifter, I liked the cueing around the back and using analogies like dead lifts, sumo squats, cobbler squats, etc. Lastly, Namaste simply means hello or goodbye. Our culture as put a much deeper meaning on that word than it actually means.
