This class is designed specifically for baseball players looking to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and enhance performance on the field. You'll target key areas like shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and core—all essential for powerful throws, explosive sprints, and strong swings.

Expect shoulder mobility work to keep your throwing arm healthy, hamstring stretches to reduce the risk of pulls, and rotational movements and core exercises to build stability for better hitting and throwing mechanics.

Even if you're not a baseball player, this class delivers functional strength and flexibility that benefits anyone. Up your game, move better, and gain a competitive edge with yoga!

I don t play baseball, but always have tight hamstrings and shoulders so this was perfect. Excellent stretches and twists, felt much more open after.

My husband coaches softball and I convinced him to try it before a practice, even though he s not a yoga guy. Nice twists, shoulders and core. He stayed for the whole thing and tried it all which was a win. I m an experience yogi and I liked the different take on yoga and the core work. Note that you need a strap even though it s not listed.
