Great practice (and I don t play football!) A nice way to concentrate on rotator cuff, upper arms. The diamond pushup sequence is tough, and a great way to strengthen through planks. The amount of time is just right.

I don t play football and don t know the first thing about the game. Having said that, this is a wonderful practice for core, hamstrings, and shoulders. I was exhausted and stiff when I started, and now I feel loose and quite energetic. Good, clear instruction. The class is not easy, but well worth it.

I ve never played football in my life. However, this class is beyond amazing! Works on all your muscles, in a very definite and focused way while still enjoyable. Felt soo good after it and didn t feel a need for cardio class
