Not a soccer player but great class. Excellent hip openers, stretches for my chronically tight hamstrings.

Great class for tight hamstrings no matter what the cause! There were a couple of miscues but that didn’t bother me. Will definitely do this class again because it really helped my tight hips and hamstrings and it’s only 24 mins long.

This was an amazing series of stretches for anyone who runs a lot, not just soccer players. My poor hamstrings appreciated it! Some problems with cueing as others noticed, mixing left/right etc. Would be a good idea to just introduce a pose by its common name first and then explain how to do it for those who don t know, rather than vice versa. For instance I had no idea what he was explaining (and the models didn t either) until he finally said "bird-dog pose". Overall though great stretches for anyone who runs!
