Enhance your range of motion, flexibility, and core strength to improve your golf swing and overall performance on the course. This class focuses on hip and trunk mobility, core stability, and rotational strength, helping you generate more power, improve follow-through, and regain (or add) distance to your shots.
Golf is highly one-sided, with repetitive swings that can create imbalances. This sequence works to even things out while targeting key areas like the shoulders, hips, core, and hamstrings—all essential for a fluid, pain-free swing. You'll also sharpen your mental game, using breath control and focus techniques to stay relaxed and visualize every shot with confidence.
Whether you're looking to increase power, prevent injuries, or fine-tune your focus, this class gives you the tools to up your game and play at your best.

I gave this yoga sequence 5 stars for the moves and stretches. They are really terrific. However, I think it could use some modifications though. I think beginning with some type of short warm up would be helpful (even if you wouldn’t do it prior to a golf round), such as sun salutations. Just 3-4 to begin with maybe? I’d also recommend more focus on the breathing for each move. It gets better mention towards the end but would be better if it was consistent throughout all of the moves. But the moves themselves are excellent for the golf game and well chosen I believe. I have lost some balance over the years and while his focus is on shoulders and hips, his moves naturally use balance and work that as well which is critically important in golf! Really great moves!! I will use this one often.

This is in addition to my previous review: some shoulder rolls (forward and back) and neck rolls would also provide some additional warm up for this yoga sequence.

I would call this more "guided stretching" than yoga, but that is just so others know what to expect. Personally I loved it, and I don t even golf! I however do LOTS of pushups and suspected this would help my tight shoulders and chest. This felt great! Nice quick little sequence; I did it outside in the sunshine during a lunch break.
