NOT JUST FOR TENNIS. I took a swing at this one just for something different and I am so glad I did. It hit those inner thighs and thighs in a way no other class has. And you know that spot in your lower back just above your sacrum where some times you want someone to just dig in their elbow? This gets that to.... and so easily! I know that can t be a title but if it could be......

This was a very nice flow and got all my tight muscles! No, I m not a tennis player--I just work out every day and am always tight all over my body! I especially loved all the attention on hip flexors and shoulders. This is a great general flow for athletes.

I decided to try this class because I like Robert s other classes. I m not currently playing tennis, but have been doing a lot of walking, and thought I would see what kind of stretch this offered. I liked the mix of core work, legs and arms. As always, Robert s conversational manner and clear cues are helpful. Great instructor, nice class!
