I love Kyle s workshops. I have managed to achieve all the peak poses and master a few with his instruction. I am still working on mastering handstand and forearm stand without the wall but with these exercises, I feel confident I can eventually get there.

I love these workshops! When I am feeling playful I add one to the end of my practice. I love having a breakdown of these arm balances and can already see progress!

I m really enjoying this workshop series! Poses that I previously thought would be impossible for me (or never even knew existed) became relatively easy once the steps to get into them were carefully explained! The length is just right to get a good warmup but not be exhausted by the time we reach the peak pose. I felt a little rushed through each pose when doing the second side, but overall, I m learning a lot.

Love these workshops! I ve been doing all of them and building on them to continue to practice on my own. I find the warm up he goes through in all of them particularly helpful and easy to remember on my own.

The poses and exercises were helpful in preparing for the two arm balances. However, the instructors cues were hard to understand because of mumbling. I needed to continually be looking at my screen rather than focusing on the pose. Might get better after doing the video a few times.

It would be a lot better if the instructor stopped talking about his previous or next video. I don t care what he taught in his previous video, I care about now. Really ruins the practice.
