I felt I needed more instruction- doing it twice wasn t really enough for me. I feel like the model knows well how to do this and she went into the poses before he told her what to do- which left me trying to watch her and figure out what she did- particularly in side crow. Perhaps find a model who may not be so practiced at performing these, or one who can wait for instruction/pretend as if they don t know?

Like many others, I did not know I was capable of finding mermaid until I took this class! My only hang-up was that I d also never attempted crow, so when he cycled through it rather quickly I had no idea what I was doing. Fortunately, he s got a quick workshop on arm balances that I did immediately after this class. Maybe do the arm balancing workshop first if you haven t done crow or aren t very comfortable in it!

Side crow always just looked too hard, but I just tried for the first time ever and managed to lift my feet! Thanks for giving me the confidence to try this!

Love this - have had handstand etc for YEARS but never managed crow, got into the best crow ever with this - side crow still elusive but working on this at home is SO much better than a packed live workshop to work on the fine-tuning!

Awesome! I love how quick these videos are so I can add them to the end of any practice or workout (doing Insanity currently). I was able to feel stronger during standard crow and nailed left side crow on the first try. Definitely need help with crane, but I freaking love how Kyle said you do not have to graduate from one pose in order to try another! SO damn true. Thank you Kyle!

Love these workshops! I ve been doing all of them and building on them to continue to practice on my own. I find the warm up he goes through in all of them particularly helpful and easy to remember on my own.

I love the idea of workshops to tackle challenging poses (such as crow for me), but I don t see the interest in making this one so short. No cool down period at the end, and the instructions were not as clear as I would have expected for a workshop.

This seemed more like a refresher class for those who already can do crow. Would have liked tips/suggestions or modifications on getting from frog to crow. The music was bothersome also.

This is excellent! I didn t make it all of the way through the class. I am still stuck on crow but I managed the most stable few second balance I ve had yet! Thank you Kyle! I plan to come back to this and practice a lot.

Nice little warm up for wrists followed by a Sun A before working on the poses. Great instruction. I’m still struggling with side crow, but can see how I can get there.
