Really enjoyed the challenge here and the varied transitions in familiar poses. Like Kyle s gentle encouragement throughout. The 50 minutes flew by.

This is a great class for prepping for and getting into sundial. I wish there were a little more going on here, but the guidance was good. A good class overall, but not for me.

Excellent class! He starts with side opening and then move to hips. I have been working on Sundial for a while. I was able to get much further into the pose with this class than with any other. Great instructor. I look forward to more classes from him.

I really enjoy Kyle s classes. His systematic and intelligent approaches to the practice s peak pose allow one to feel that achieving the pose is possible no matter what level of flexibility. Builds confidence and also courage to try. One will build a sweat and finish feeling good. Highly recommend this class and all his others.

This was an excellent but slow class preparing and stretching you to reach sundial pose and it accomplished that goal. However, I would rate this "you ll feel it" and not "bring a towel". Instruction was clear but lots of talking and slow paced.

Love Kyle s classes as usual. I didn t get the full expression of Sundial, but today I got farther than I have gotten before and I realized that it s not going to be impossible for me; it s within my reach. Will do this one again!

An excellent workout of stretching all body and mobilising the hip joints. The instructor was very encouraging and helpful. I will come back again. May be reminding students how to position knee joints would be helpful. I have a new ACL. Thank you

I love a unique flow that makes you focus and takes you out of your head. Nice prep for the peak pose. I almost got into it fully for the first time.
