I like Robert s classes. They are fun and informative. This class teach me how to protect my back and stretch out. All poses are simple and not difficult at all. I feel good. Thank you.

So good. I’ve been doing yoga for decades and it’s easy to cut corners or force a pose. Robert breaks it down reminding me of intricacies of not overdoing it and getting hurt. And a good class to start or end the day. I look forward to more of his classes.

I am new to yoga and have lower back pain and tight hips & this class is extremely helpful. I have noticed 100% improvement since I have done this class daily. Thank you. Very easy to follow with good instructions and a bit of humor...always a plus. I look foward to more of your classes.

I chose this class as part of the challenge today because I was curious to see what the best stretches were and in what order. If you are new to yoga, then this would be a great place to start. However if you have been practicing a while too this is also a good class. Namaste.

Are you supposed to laugh during yoga? I hope so, because this class is very lighthearted with some humor thrown in. Not a flow, which I prefer, but solid suggestions for days you can t access a class.

5 stars. Robert explains beautifully. I suspect I have torn something in the outer hip area due to over-stretching. Decided to dial things back by getting right back to basics. Did these, following his careful lead. Feel strong and fantastic. THANK YOU!!!

Loved the whole vibe of this video. I finally convinced my husband to grab a mat and get off the couch with me. He made it through the whole video and said he’d do it again. This represents a major breakthrough!!! Useful instructions provided throughout the session. A good representation of foundational moves without seeming too basic. Overall, a perfect, non-intimidating way to introduce anyone - especially men! - to yoga.

The 30mins flew by - great stretches and top notch entertainment by Robert. I liked the final bonus move the most and my hip flexors will thank me for this great workout. Now I ll have to try and get my sons to do this with me and hopefully start their own yoga journey :)

I loved the concept of this class, and learned some new things, too! Robert s style of instruction is very informative, but not relaxing. The slow, groovy music in the background felt incongruous.

This class was wonderful!!! Clear instruction, plenty of time to get into and hold ease pose. The modified pigeon was amazing! Great for low back pain or discomfit to stretch gluts and QL!!! Perfect for anyone any level. I downloaded this class so I can use it anytime. Thank you!!
