A short class perfect for a day when your mind is racing and you just need a moment to slow down. I especially liked the cat/cow side stretch.

I really enjoyed this short class. I have a long torso so sometimes I have trouble getting the alignment right from tabletop to downward dog, etc. (even though I have been practicing for 20 years), but this flow helped me figure it out! Thanks, Robert!

I love Robert s 5 pose options. I woke up late this morning and needed to get a good, but "quick" stretch and this fit the bill. I love that each pose is always Robert s "favorite" ! ha ha, that just tickles me every time he says, "this is my favorite pose."
