Excellent explanation of how to breathe an tbreakdown of the pose was amazing. I love how the details of it were certainly not boring rather lively. For the first time I was really able to understand the flow of a sun salutation thank you so much for this wonderful class.

Day One of the 2020 Challenge complete Yogi s ?? I particularly found using the yoga block between your knees in mountain pose to be extremely helpful and an excellent use of props. Thank you for the tip I will start using it in class. Happy New Year everybody ?

I m doing the 2020 Challenge and completely new to yoga. This video was a great way to start. Some of the poses were a challenge to maintain at the end but I ll get stronger. The instructions were very easy to follow and I look forward to the next class.

After practicing yoga for many years, I basically stopped a couple of years ago due to health issues. I had my knee replaced in August and am finally ready to get back into my practice. I completed the Sun Salutation Breakdown for the first day of the New Year Challenge and really enjoyed it. It was nice to concentrate on the breathing and I enjoyed holding each movement of the sequence for longer to get a good stretch. Looking forward to the next session ??
