It's time to embrace you inner ninja! This flow is a blend of yoga, gymnastics, dance, and martial arts. The emphasis is on controlling the transitions as you move between some very athletic yoga postures. Get centered, get ready, and bring on the fun with Kyle as he guides you through a flow that will have you feeling like Bruce Lee!

Well thought out class. Liked the theme of transitions and how the poses lead into/prep for the next.

Kyle is an awesome instructor. Perfect pace. Models illustrate the moves in a way that reveals all the nuances.

This was a really, really fun class. I love yoga, but it s not always fun . The sequencing of this class, and Kyle s attitude, makes it a lot of fun. I also love that his classes often include wrist stretching from every angle. Something I need not just for yoga, but to cope with too many hours working on a computer!

I really like the flow of the arm balances. Also the creativity of different pose and connectivity. I wish there was less talking and even longer holds. I like it enough to do it again.

Starts slow, but includes a challenging flow practice. I do think there are times where his talking slows the flow, but I was thankful for the break.

What an amazing class. The instructor has really fun (and different) sequencing and a good message to go with it. Also, love the prep work/explanations to get into different arm balances. This was the first class I was successfully able to get into hurdle pose! Can t wait to see more from Kyle.

I didn t get sweaty but it did get my heart rate up. I enjoyed the flow variations and with Kyle s coaching I am able to very briefly get my back leg up in hurdler s pose. I am nowhere near transitioning from crow to hurdler s but it doesn t seem impossible--something to strive for! Thanks.

Great class and amazing poses for sure! As very respectful advice to the instructor for the next class, I d suggest a little less taking when outside of the poses. It felt like a lot of time was spent outside of the flow, which broke it up a little too much.

The flow of this class was so much fun, and I would love to see a second ninja yoga! Although, I do agree with previous users, there is too much talking. This also goes for almost every class on YD, but please upload videos with out music as well, I don t like the YD music and would like to listen to my own.

Kyle is a fabulous instructor. Moves were creative and cool. Loved the transition theme. Class was accurately described in terms of level. I want more by Kyle.

Enjoyable sequencing, but way to much talking in between the flow really broke it up. As a result the intensity was not even close to "bring a towel" as there were too many breaks.

This wasn t my favorite. There was too much talking in between things - it s more like a workshop than a flow class, and I found I couldn t keep focused and get in a groove like you might in a more flow-y class. Some fun stuff, and I want to work on the crow to hurdle (Eka Pada Koundinyasana) transition some more.

I picked this Ninja yoga by mistake but I went ahead and did it anyway. Surprisingly, I liked the poses and something a little different.

Whew, that was fun and just what I needed today. The different flow poses and concentrating on getting there was a great way to feel strong. Hurdler is still out of reach but I m on my way.

This class is wonderful! The instructor is funny, and the flow is just right. The arm balances are fun, and the instructor makes some very intimidating poses, approachable. Looking forward to Ninja yoga 2!!

I think my expectations were different than what this class was offering. Great class if you re looking for an inversion workshop, but I was thinking it would be more "flawy" due to the ninja name. Guess I ll try another. BTW....this instructor talks...a lot.

Excellent class! This is an excellent class for not only strength and tone, but also learning how to transition. I have practiced yoga for quite some time, and yet I missed the value of transitions. This is a great practice that helps you practice transitions on and off the mat.

Class starts slowly, builds to a really fun flow, then moves into a arm balancing workshop. I prefer more flowing classes to keep my heart rate up, but this was a nice change of pace. Wouldn t call it a bring a towel class, but would definitely recommend if you re new to arm balances.
