I did this as part of the 20 in 20 yoga challenge. It was fun to try and the instructor has insane skills. It was fairly inaccessible for me and I definitely would ve been interested in clearer cueing and more modifications.
I think I ll come back to this one every so often just to challenge myself and see if I can find any progress!

Great class, great instructor. My wrists are always sore and tired and the stretch with hands in fists on the floor was AMAZING. Looking forward to trying this class again.

I enjoyed the beginning of the class but once things started moving it was difficult to follow along. I felt that the cuing wasn t always there in some of the more unfamiliar sequences and it felt like however we scretched and/or move was right and that alignment didn t matter.
I lost interest in the class about halfway through, not because of the intensity but because I just couldn t understand what was really going on. It felt like the only purpose was to move for the sake of moving and that alignment didn t seem to matter.
I appreciate his sense of humor and his banter, but it just wasn t my cup of tea.

I loved this class. It s pretty tough and the flow is good. He works at a nice clip and has a gentle humour throughout. Not dull at all.

Thank you Carson for this fun crazy class! You made me really titter with the elephant! I couldn t follow the exact pace, like all the vinyasa transitions, leg lifts and headstands, but I modified the poses, so I did the crow instead of headstand for instance and worked. See you here again, my legs definitely feel more supple! ????

Very challenging class, lots of strength development. But Carson is very funny and that makes it easier. I had done Rocket Yoga in the past, I forgot how much I liked it!

Wow! I loved this class. It is already added to my faves.
Cons: I found a few sections to be rushed and missing some of the cues I am used to, but was still able to keep up with it. I’m also not confident in just jumping right into handstands, etc, but it was nice to watch someone do it and have something to aspire to!
Pros: Instructor was great, funny, entertaining, and encouraging. New style for me, some interesting work and poses, new approaches to old things. My legs and hips felt like they were new to me after this class! Can’t wait to try it again (and to see how well I can walk my stairs in the morning haha!, maybe my review won’t be quite so positive tomorrow ;-)

This was my first class with Carson. I agree with much of what LO stated in their review. I enjoyed the variety of poses and transitions. Some of the instruction was missing in the beginning which lead me to, "doing my own thing". I also felt rushed in the beginning. I suspect the next time I do this class it will be cleaner. As a cyclist, the amount of hip openers and other leg stretching was amazing. I enjoyed the inversion, balance and the challenging poses. I also really enjoy having a longer 75 minute class. Carson, keep them coming. I will definitely put this one in my library.

Dude is an animal (and a funny one at that). I modified a lot—a handstand may never be in my practice—but I don’t regret trying this class. I think I’ll probably be feeling it tomorrow. My only request—more classes from Carson and propose more modifications for those with a more limited range of movement.

Sloppy Fire Log! Love it! Exactly what it is.
I really appreciate the extra attention to warming up especially wrists and fingers- it s an area that always holds so much tension and is never addressed enough. Thank you for creative moves and honest grunts through those brutal hip stretches and hip flexor screamers. Good session!
