This was good if you want a dynamic warmup before a sport or a run, and I liked the moves. I don t think I d call it yoga though since there was a stream of talking throughout. Great if you want a coach-like pep talk while warming up.

I really liked this, and was quite pleasantly surprised by the long holds. This was tougher than I thought it would be for a "pre-game" class, especially after the very easy arm circles. I liked it because I find myself with a lot of aches and pains going into running or spinning or whatever. This class defnitely helped with that. Very worthwhile, even if it s hard for me to not just jump in at 500 mph. Thank you!
