The first 20 minutes of this class was great because we worked the whole time and the circuit felt effective. The second half of the class felt too slow for me. I think this class should be much earlier in the 21 day boot camp series. The level of instruction on this is good for beginners, but too slow for people doing the boot camp who have already done 2+ weeks of classes.

Loved it! I feel like I have finally found the man in my life (OK, sorry, a second one, my partner fulfills other needs...;-)). But this is my type of yoga! Strong, simple, clear instructions, not too serious (I love the alternative to Namaste!). YES! I will try all your classes, now!

I really enjoy Robert’s teaching style and light hearted, fun attitude. This class is exactly what it says-a core workout. There is no yoga flow or sequence in this class. My core was tired by the end of the video but I’m not sore this morning. Enjoyable class but in the future I will use it as an add-on to another workout.
