I love doing this class after I get home from work. It is my go-to class when I am feeling a bit tired but still want to get the benefits of a daily practice. I woke up the next morning feeling so light in my upper legs and hips and it was a feeling that I carried with me throughout the day. Wonderful!

This was really nice. I m a night runner, so this was perfect to fit in between my run and winding down to go to bed. I really liked the twist at the end. I ve had both a left hip injury after running repeatedly on uneven roads while training for a marathon, and plantar fasciitis, so I m going to keep this practice in the rotation to help avoid those in the future.

This didn t have the soothing, nurturing quality I ve come to really enjoy from some of the YDL instructors but the stretches were great and very effective. I probably wouldn t do this class for relaxation but it s perfect for a post workout cooldown/stretch!

I love this class! It s a wind down that still includes some challenging poses so you do a bit of work to lead up to the relaxation. What I particularly love about it though is the unusual twists! They feel so good and are different than the standard fare. I do this class a couple times a week and it always feels great.

Awesome class. I love Kylie s classes, and as an avid cycler, this class was terrific for really stretching things out. Even if I haven t ridden on a particular day, I d still do this class to just unwind and release tension at the end of the day. Thank you Kylie & YD!

Good class, I did it as an evening flow. Would be perfect after exercise as that is what the class is more geared toward (instructor comments a lot on muscles used during cycling / running). Still a good level of moderate activity for evening but it felt like a bit of a mismatch due to post-exercise focus.

I love to do this class when I m sore from working out. It is relaxing but not too slow-paced. The cuing from the instructor is great, and she includes several unique variations of poses that provide an amazing stretch to the hips and shoulders, and the supine twist at the end feels like heaven.

Great class!! Was looking for a more gentle, but not necessarily a restorative, practice after having some illness and getting back on my mat. Perfect balance of movement, stretch, and sinking in. Loved it and definitely recommend It as a recovery class from either other exercises or from illness/weakness.

This was a good stretching class. It lacked enough hamstring and calf stretches for me, so I swapped these for one of the hip flexor stretches. Great twist at the end!

This class was my favorite so far. Went for a killer hike and used this to stretch it out. Had some new poses that were really effective. I m a FAN of this teacher, I am gonna see what other classes she has. My only complaint was I wish it was longer... The pace was perfect could have done another 15 min or could use that time for Savasana. ??

I spent 8 hours in the car today and did this class when I got to the hotel. Great stretch and wind down. Definitely not an intense workout like many of Kylie s other classes, but extremely effective for the intended purpose - unwinding!

Thank you for the wonderful class! I very much enjoyed the opportunity to briefly yet deeply focus on the areas I have the most tension (shoulders & hips). The final reclining twist was wonderful... a two-for-one stretch that I ve never done before. I will definitely use that in my regular practice! Namaste. :)

Everything I needed! I did this class the day after a very intense barre class and my whole body was crying to be stretched. Kylie led a very smooth class which was exactly what my body was craving. I felt release in my back, shoulders, hips, and legs. Thank you

This was a great class. I used it to stretch after a long stair run and I now feel AMAZING. My hips, shoulders are open and my body is so relaxed. I was able to completely sink into Shivasana and really unwind, let go. I love Kylie s classes - she is the best!

I don t think there s enough of a body warm-up at the start of this practice, it was pretty tough to get into the stretches right away. That being said, it would be perfect for post-run or post-cycle to stretch and cool down.
