Really loved this class. Hadn’t met Robert before but I really felt he was talking directly to me, as if in a live class.
Great pace, excellent poses. Easy to follow instructions with a calmness that made you feel good, even in the ‘wobbly’ moments. Thank you.
I will look for more classes with Robert.

Haven t worked out in years so this was definitely not easy for me but I loved how encouraging Robert is! Even when I fell out of a pose i was able to try and get back into it because of the slower pace. I appreciated this class and will come back to it.

It didn t feel like a flow where you do one pose per breath. You held poses for longer and allowed us to move at our own pace, which I loved! Good core work out too.

This was tougher for me than other classes by Robert - lots of moves holding on the same leg for instance. There were times when my leg was like, "Enough already!" But, I liked the challenge and felt great at the end. I love Robert s personality too - chill, but very detailed on how to get the most out of a pose without being a drill instructor about it and allowing you to find what works for you..

Nice class, though there is too much rotation of the hips from straight to the right or to the left and I didn t appreciate the warrior1/triangle pose, I couldn t find the benefit. Anyway, I feel good after all:) sorry for being so picky :)

i exoected more of a vinyasa flow class as it described, but was very slow and too much explaining which prolonged the holding of the poses. very knowledgeable but i kept waiting to move and instead got more holding and talking, gave up after 35 minutes.

I will be adding this to my rotation. This felt like being in the classroom and moving at your own pace while still getting into the poses and staying challenging! I also appreciated the acknowledgement that we are all different and have to be aware of our own injuries and to take time for that!

I feel like the instruction is a bit too slow, I found myself getting really frustrated holding poses that were hard on the wrist while he was explaining stuff, and the the other side was too short.

This is a nice change from faster-paced flow classes. I thought at first I was going to be bored or not find it challenging but the time flew by and my body definitely felt it! Love the instructor s calming voice, clear cues, and encouraging comments, as well as the different variations of some poses. Always great to switch things up!
