This recovery-focused fusion class blends foam rolling and static stretching to help you release tension, reduce muscle soreness, and restore mobility—making it ideal for a rest day or active recovery session.
You’ll start by foam rolling major muscle groups including the calves, quads, inner and outer thighs, hips, lats, and spine to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and ease overactive muscles. From there, you’ll move into a full-body static stretching sequence to complement and deepen the release.
Expect to leave the mat feeling loose, relaxed, and restored.
Props needed: Foam roller and yoga blocks. You can also substitute with a rolling stick, medicine ball, or tennis/lacrosse ball if needed.

THANK YOU!!! I have waited so long for a class for those times when I just needed a stretch. And now, I am coming off a severe ankle injury after 7 weeks on crutches and 9 in a boot and the whole time on my butt with my leg elevated over my hips. I have been trying to do classes and modify but my ankle can t take even the lightest Hatha. After this class I feel more open and I am walking better with less pain than I have in months! So excited to know there is a class when I just need to STRETCH!

TREMENDOUS class! After a 2 day garage cleaning fest, my body was all aches and pains. This class helped me work all of that out and I feel great! Highly recommend this wonderful blend of foam rolling and stretches to anyone needing to get back into alignment and feeling good. Ben gives great cues and you always know exactly what to do to get the maximum benefit out of the pose/stretch.

what a great class. the only thing that would have made it better is if it were longer. I would have liked to held the first series of floor work poses as long as we held the later poses.
I will add this class to my regular practice.

The figure 4 pose on the roller...omg.
Class was amazing for my tight legs and painful lower back.
Only feedback is during passive stretching sequence I would have liked more alignment considerations to be mindful of.

Great class. My foam roller has been sitting idle for far too long, and this class provided a good reminder of how effective it is. Enjoyed the static stretching sequence also, with good cues and modifications.
