Not much “Fitness” but is a good wind-down for the evening with long-hold stretches. No music, as mentioned in the description, so I just turned on my space heater and that provided white noise for relaxation. I would recommend if you’re looking for a nice end-of-the-day stretch.

With the "fitness" and yoga title I was expecting a few harder poses, but it was deliciously slow and stretchy. It was exactly what I needed, even though I didn t know I needed it!

Oh my, thank you Ben for the time and quiet in each pose. I often forget about allowing myself time for evening yoga and so happy I could enjoy this class. I feel like I detoxed the stress right out of my day.
