This was a perfect intro Kylie for my return to yoga after a year with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). I look forward to incorporating this into my yoga practice.

I have almost recovered from a frozen shoulder and enjoyed this class as it gently helped with the mobility. My only complaint is I play the class on my phone and could mostly see the beautiful scenery and would have preferred a more close up so I could see the poses properly

Superb lesson to get the tension out of gour shoulders. The fact that it is only 13 minutes long makes is easier to just squeeze this one in on any part of the day that you might need it.
