Excellent class! I have SI joint dysfunction and all that comes with that. Many of these exercises are what help me the most but I’ve never found in one class until now. The side lunge is new for me and really helped move stuff around. Doing again tomorrow. Thank you!

Wow that was so therapeutic for my crazy tight tennis hips. You got to all the spots in a nice, clearly articulated flow. Will be doing this several times a week to preserve my hips. Thank you!!

Quick question...what are we working when we are in the 90/90 pose, lean forward and lift the back heal? I ve never done that move before, and was curious to know what muscles were involved. Thanks!
