I love Claire s teaxhing style and calming voice. I am never disappointed when I take any of her classes! Currently 34 weeks pregnant, this class relieved so much of my back pain!

Fantastic! I ve been sticking to 5Ks lately but had lingering hamstring/knee tenderness on one side from an injury in previous 10K training. I love so many of Claire s classes and remembered this one after doing a race over the weekend; so glad I did, as the soreness is GONE! Note: It starts out slow but then packs a punch, in the best way, and finishes with some great core work. Best bang for your 40 minutes!

Great class. Enjoyed it. Did it after my long slow run this week (half marathon), and it was great. There is only so much you can fit in in 40 minutes and she did well. But I needed more on my hips and glutes and so did figure 4, pigeon, forward folds etc, after the class If it was an hour long, I guess she would have had them in. :-).

I m not a runner, but I walk a lot and wanted to stretch like a runner would. Great leg work and IT band too, some nice longer holds. Clare gives perfect cues, and variations you can take if poses are not accessible. I took it after work and found it very calming and focused. Didn t even realize there wasn t any music! Will definitely take it again.
