Designed for riders who spend time in the saddle—on the road, trail, or in the studio—this class helps undo the tightness and imbalances that come with cycling. You’ll open up key areas like the shoulders, chest, hamstrings, and quads, while incorporating twists and lateral movements to keep your spine healthy and mobile.
This practice supports better posture, smoother pedal strokes, and fewer aches and pains, helping you perform at your best and stay injury-free on every ride. Perfect for recovery days or post-ride relief.

Another good one from Claire! Similar to her Yoga for runners post run practice (a favorite too) with more chest and shoulder openings. I find these classes great support for my running and cycling. I have a love hate relationship with the IT band stretch. Thanks for these quick focused classes.

Great to do after a ride. Really felt the legs relax after working hard. Thanks for a good class.

I m not a cyclist but that doesn t matter here. Claire s classes are always for everyone & anyone wanting to do yoga & be in the moment. Claire is very easy to follow, I barely look up at the screen. Always build up heat in her classes, seems to be just the right amount. Claire always makes me feel like I m in the room with her. Thank you again for another beautiful class. Namaste.

This class has a nice n easy warm up with slow deep stretches, so I find it ok for first thing in the morning. Definitely improves my cycling. Claire never leaves me wondering which body part I m supposed to put where, and gives helpful alignment cues.
The savasana pose at the end does not have any background music, it goes dead quiet for a couple minutes at first I though it was over but don t worry, they come back and close the class!

Good cyclist stretches. Lots of spine twists and hip stretches that are quite accessible to most people. A bit of a low key class so good to do when you re still warm after a ride
