I really enjoyed this. I ve been looking for a new routine to do after a run & this will be it. Good clear instructions & I liked the way Kristin explained which muscle was being affected by the various poses.

Perfect perfect perfect! This is exactly the short sequence I need that hits all the right places. I did this after a run but it will become part of my routine to break up computer work. We hit all the hips areas including psoas, hamstring, quad, calves, and even a bit of chest opening. Thank you for a great short sequence to add to my mobility and feel good repertoire.

I love this little class. I’m a very novice runner and recently added 20-30 mins of jogging to my weekly routine. This class is the perfect pair on those days; it stretches everywhere that needs it and lets me maintain my daily yoga practice. Some days I do it right after and it brings the heart rate down nicely. Often, I run before work and that’s all I have time for so I return to this in the evening and it is a great wind down after work. Also good after a walk or lots of sitting (would be great after a day of travel). I add a pigeon at the end to make it even more delicious. Thanks for a useful quickie, Kristin!

Perfect targeted class. I ve been following Kristin s classes for many years now and I don t think I ve expressed enough in comments how amazing I think she is. Her classes balance the wisdom of yoga with some very specific physical and emotional needs that we may commonly have with our bodies. On a practical level, her pacing and yoga sequences are always a pleasure to follow. She is a great presence in my living room and feels like a member of my family for i know no other type of person who puts that much care into my well being. Namaste, Kristin! Namaste!

I just got done walking and I was tight so I did this class. I feel great and well stretched. The class is short and sweet.

Wow! Kristin packs a lot of key stretches/poses into a tiny amount of time. As a soccer player and runner, this was perfect for a gentle "day after a game" sequence. Next time I m gonna try it post-game as I m winding down. It has all of my fav lower body stretches!
